The Killers to record with Paul McCartney?

from: http://www.musicradar.com/news/guitars/the-killers-to-record-with-paul-mccartney-189599

The Killers to record with Paul McCartney?

They've scored a hit with new album Day & Age, but it could be more a case of Day & Aged if rumours that The Killers are set to work with Paul McCartney turn out to be true.

According to UK tabloid The Sun, the former Beatle watched the band perform at London's Royal Albert Hall last month and then told Brandon Flowers and co that he'd love to record with them.

The paper quotes an unnamed "source close to McCartney" as saying: "Paul had a great time at the gig. He loves their music and their great attitude.

"He was as pleased to meet them as they were to meet him but they were gobsmacked when he said he'd love to do something with them music-wise."

Of course, this could all be nonsense, but The Killers' recent single with Elton John and Neil Tennant suggests that they're open to the idea of collaboration, while McCartney has worked with, well, just about everyone in his time.

Any Ideas?

(Beware) my love

Whenever i saw the song beware my love mentioned ive always thought they were refering to 'my love', which confused me no end as they said it sounded like Led Zeppelin(which My Love deffinatly dosent). Anyway i discovered this song last week on youtube and bloody hell does it rock. Its quickly became my joint favourite Wings track (the other is Wildlife). I dont know why Linda gets criticized so much her backing vocals on this song, and the majority of Ram, are excellent.

Anyway does anyone else get confused with Pauls song titles as he gets quite repetitive e.g Teddy Boy, Dear Boy, Dear Friend, and just how many songs by him or co written by him have LOVE in the title, it must be some kind of record

Beware my Love http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZohdkN7r0tY

My Love http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1z4G-YhGQI&feature=related

I posess this 2005 Macca rarity, and its a great remix album, only available only on vinyl.
an intresting thought is the temporary secretary remix, that appears to make it less annoying.
http://uk.youtube.com/results?search_query=twin+freaks+mccartney&search_type=&aq=f
Its a shame he never brought this out on cd, he could have attracted a new audience of disco/dance fans, but there goes all little humble "secret" thrillington and fireman paul, trying to be humble!
